elman has Design and manufacture Welding Electrode Oven are ideal and designed for higher temperature requirements and holding capacities of welding electrodes and are generally stationary models. M.S. shelves and rods inside the oven enable accommodation of varied sizes of welding electrodes for heat treating prior its actual welding act.

Stationary Electrode Ovens means a oven which is fixed at one place which cannot move easily. It is used to preheat the electrode after opening it from box. Like low hydrogen electrode it required 250-300° C for 1 hour before it use. Temperature and heating time may vary from electrode to electrode.

Long lasting Finned Tubular Heaters ensure even temperature inside the chamber. Digital controlling system with K Type Thermocouple Sensor ensures fair accuracy and helps maintain temperature inside the oven resulting into even drying of the welding rods for superior quality for welding purpose.
