Specification:

  • elman Sensors can extrude, tape, wrap, serve and braid various insulation materials (Teflon FEP, PFA, PTFE, PVC, Kapton, Silicone rubber and Fiberglass) on Thermocouple Wires, Extension Wires and Compensation Wires.
  • Most of our insulated thermocouple wires or extension wires are colored according to ANSI, IEC code, and they can be identified by their color or tracer.
  • The wire sizes of our thermocouple wires are from 8AWG to 40AWG.
  • The temp. range of the insulation materials are from 100 °C to 1200 °C.

THERMOCOUPLE AND RTD CONNECTOR

Thermocouple connectors are specifically designed to allow thermocouples to be quickly connected and disconnected from the extension wire. The connector pair is composed of a male plug and female jack. The male plug will have two pins for single thermocouples and four pins for dual thermocouples. RTD temperature sensors will have three pins. All thermocouple Connectors can be ordered in Type E, J, K, T, R, S, and B thermocouple calibrations and with ANSI or IEC Color Coded bodies.
