These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of MS sheet duly enamel painted with inner made up of mild steel or SS Sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high-grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforating shelves to convenient height. Temperature is controlled by K-type Thermocouple from ambient to 300℃ + 3℃. A dial thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature. Air ventilator is also provided on the sides of the unit to work on 220/230 volts A. C. Supply. All units are fitted with air circulation fan as a standard feature.
