Heat Treatment Quenching Tank by elman
Quenching Tank is required for surface hardening of metal components. It consists of heat treatment accessories and cooling arrangement for heated metal parts under controlled environment. This tank is filled with polyvinylor PAG polymer enriched water/ ordinary water/oil for dipping the metal part during hardening procedure.
This precisely designed tank also contains agitator, propeller pump and filtration system. Mechanical refilling system is used in this tank in case it is filled with water. The connection port of this tank is used to attach it to cooling system. We are an eminent manufacturer and supplier of premium grade Water Quencher Tank.
Our quench tank and process tray are fabricated of mild steel plate (or optional stainless steel) and reinforced with structural steel sections. The tanks have fittings for drain, overflow, fill, pump suction and discharge and are mounted on a sturdy base that is designed to sit on floor level. The complete tank and tray are hot-dip galvanized to provide excellent corrosion resistance. TLS supplies a temperature control system with our quench tank. It is comprised thermocouple and panel mounted digital temperature controller. One advantage of this system is that the temperature of the pickling system can be controlled by the quench water temperature.
