The Superb melt annealing furnace is designed for heating metal work pieces above recrystallization temperature and then cooling the material once it has been held at the desired temperature for a period of time.
The annealing furnace goes through 3 stages, which are; the recovery stage, recrystallization stage and the grain growth stage. This whole process is done under the ammonia gas protection to prevent the work piece surface from oxidation, colour change, etc.
The annealing furnace is widely used for chain welding annealing, metal tempering, jewelry annealing, etc. Superb melt annealing furnace improves the machinability, mechanical and electrical properties of work piece metals.
The maximum power required for the metal annealing furnace is only 9kw, while the ammonia decomposition power is only 5kw. Superb melt annealing furnace is equipped with a PID intelligent temperature control, 24 hours alarm and water timer switch, for a safe and efficient metal annealing process.
